Graffito was inspired by old school hip hop and one of the founding pillars, graffiti writing. The bright and bold primary colours that blend into secondary forming a rich rainbow rippling over cloudy whites, urban concrete grey and slate, are reminiscent of the brightly painted subway trains and urban blight, beautified by the defiant crayon box voice of the people. This non-pooling colour path is a whimsical and playful knit.
Superwash Merino Bamboo Rayon Nylon Fingering is an incredibly luxurious feeling yarn with the shine and lush feel of bamboo rayon, it drapes as beautifully as a merino silk blend with plenty of loft and great twist and 10% nylon to make it strong and sturdy. Once dyed the vibrant colours taken up by the merino and nylon are heathered by the silvery white sheen of the bamboo fibres that do not absorb dye. As a result, colourways on this base take on a shiny, frosted look that is lighter in colour.
