  • Happy week end friends! Speaking of happy, meet Roam If You Want To, a deep, rich and vibrant 2ply handspun yarn with thick and thin quality that varies between DK and Worsted weight. One ply is a jewel toned carribean blue and dark royal blue semi-solid colours spun in a manner that will work up in long colour transitions creating a self striping effect. The second ply includes 25% nylon and is a blend of various scraps of different colours for contrast, offering pops of warm red and oranges as well as lime and pink creating vibrant tropical waters vibes. The two plys meet in a flurry of lofty twist to create a playground of colour delights, bursting with crayon and building block energy. I really enjoy spinning, so each skein is brimming with intention and love. Check out my link in bio to browse the one of a kind skeins! #subcultureyarn #handspunyarn

Recommended Yarn

180 yards (1 skein) of any SUBCULTURE Yarn DK or sport weight yarns. The hats pictured in the pattern were knit with 4 ply DK weight 100% Superwash Merino wool.

This Double Knit or Sport weight yarn toque has appropriate 90s slacker esthetic and is just the right amount of edgy with staple like decrease details reminiscent of train tracks and safety pins. This quick knit one skein wonder has been professionally technically edited and test knit.
