We use Canada Post expedited (tracked) mail with up to $100 insurance coverage for all parcels sent to Canadian or US customers. Rates to Canada and the United States of America are set up by parcel weight rates already programmed into our shopping cart platform. A rate will be determined by the destination, size and weight of the parcel and applied to your total when you check out. If you are concerned the rate may not be correct, or would like to request additional features (signature, additional insurance or priority service) please contact us for assistance.

We are offering free shipping within Canada and the Continental United States when you spend over $150 on regular priced yarns and fibres before tax. This offer may not include sale merchandise or items which have been discounted by coupon code.
We are happy to ship anywhere in the world and welcome you to the Subculture Yarn family! Unfortunately due to the complex pricing structure of international mail, we will prepare a custom shipping quote for each order, to make sure we capture the accurate cost and service options. While we cannot extend free shipping to our international customers, we will provide a $20 CAD shipping discount to all orders when over $150 CAD is spent on regularly priced yarn and fibres. Please contact us for a manual invoice and shipping quote.

When we create your shipment, we will provide Canada Post with your email address for the purposes of sending you timely shipping updates and notifications. Canada Post should not retain or use your email address for any reason nor should you be added to any mailing list.
